These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Byz360 ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by your staff.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break any law in your jurisdiction.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service.
Do not upload malicious content or content that infringes someone else's rights.
Do not use the Service to harass or deceive your customers.

3. Free trial & subscription

Byz360 offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period a paid subscription is required to keep using the Service. Subscription fees, billing cycles and acceptable payment methods are shown on the pricing page.

4. Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but the Service stays active until the end of the period.

5. Data ownership

Your business data belongs to you. We provide tools to export it as CSV at any time. We process your data only on your behalf, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced inside the app at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byz360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms (for example, illegal use, non-payment, or abusive behaviour). We will notify you and give a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue where appropriate.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Nairobi, unless local consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

10. Changes to the Terms

If we materially change these Terms we will notify you inside the app and by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
